I got message from MTN to saw I have been topped up for November plan. Never got my airtime. Queried this with MTN... got message today to say that I am subscribed to Intergrat... Never signed up for this service. Have now blocked this on my cell phone thanks to other customer who had the same problem... This has been going on for some time and couldn't understand when I topped up my cell phone then realised my airtime was gone... Can u please send me a contract that I signed for this service and will you please refund me all my airtime. this is just pure...
