Elite Mobile

I received a call in August from Elite mobile offering me a cellphone package on that specific call the agent continuously tried to sell me addtional offerings to the contract which I declined. When thinking about the contract I decided it was not worth it and would wait for someone to contact me to decline. Luckily for me I received an sms saying it was delined. YAY. But wait I suddenly have my account debited twice on 2 occasions for elite mobile related packages and as I did not provide funds for those debits it ws unpaid and as a result incurred me bank charges and a bad record. I have tried calling the company numerous times and after waiting through the IVR on my cellphone I keep getting cut off.

Taking my money without my permission or without a valid contract constitutes! I am not ur client and never will b.

I would like this situation rectified urgently!
