Terrible signal

My husband and I have cell c accounts which cost us nearly R2000 a month and yet we are unable to get through a single call without connection problems. at our home we have such poor signal that we have to use our landline which is adding to our expenses.very often people phone and it goes to voicemail for no reason. My husband runs his company from his phone, and many of his customers are very frustrated that they have such difficulty getting hold of him, and then when they do, they can hardly make out a word he is saying. I have reported this twice to the call centre, and have had no response, and my husband has filed a written complaint in one of the cell c stores, and still we have heard nothing. We are more than frustrated with this, and believe its absolutely unacceptable.
