I once owned a cell c contract which I defaulted in payment, however eventually 3yrs ago paid finish. As I tried this year for a prepaid number swop to contract, to be told I still owe. I managed to get the clearance letter. I tooj the letter to the Cresta store as the number that was given couldn't go through. To be told I must do it mypielf as they also struggling to get through to the legal department. Eventually sm guy frm direct offered to email the letter for me which I believe he did early July. Today again to phone direct and told I still owe... I sat on the fone another 30min being sent everywhere... 1- can somebody phone me and tell me my account has been cleared 2-will I get another phone or not 3-need I speak to CEO???
