We have been dealing with Tumi Pooe to resolve a matter that I have complained about in Hello Peter before where Vodacom cancelled a contract without our consent and deleted thousands of minutes that we paid for.
Tumi Pooe was in contact with us and has ignored us since January 4th 2013.
This is digusting customer service considering that we have had contracts with the company since 1999! Even if we didn't have such a longstanding relationship with the company, is this how they treat their customers??
