STILL NO RESOLUTION
Vodacom obviously does not need there longstanding customers.
Even though I am trying to make an arrangement, after triying, This could have been sorted out.
You put your customers through torture??..
I had 4 contracts with Vodacom, which I use to pay over R4000 p/m, I have had contracts with the for 13years.
Recently I have fell into arrears in January for 1 mth which was R5000 some odd.
However because of being billed in arrears they said it was R10000, I calle them tried to make some sort of arrrangement, they then told me its R16000.
I explained to them its too much and my wife was not working from January.
However I wanted to pay what they told me which was 5000?
They then told me to call in when i am ready to make an arrangement.
I called them 3 weeks ago and told them my wife found a job and I want to pay off arrears so that i can continue whith my contracts.
A man by the name of Cameron told me I cannot and I did not make arrangements.
I explained to him that my wife is working and I want to pay off arrears.
