Went to this branch, as I was going to switch from my current SP to MTN. But after seeing how the manager from this branch treated a client, the way he spoke to the client. This person walked in just before me, so I heard everything from start, he enquired about a few phones and specs to do an upgrade, while i was browsing the MTN booklet.
Are these people there to help the public or not? We don't work with phones etc every day, that's why you are there, that's your job. Really pathetic how he responded and treated the customer, who left. I then asked who the manager is, and behold it was him.
I just left, I will rather try another SP and brand.
