Intentional bad service

I have been waiting for 45 minutes to speak to an consultant at the contract cancelation centre. However I could not wait any longer and hung up. I then called their new contractupgrades on 0821950 and was helped within seconds. This is really bad service!!! Hereby I would like to cancel my contract with vodacom.
