Went on the web and applied for a new contract. An email told me I would be called. So a week later I try again because I haven't heard from them. Then a week after that.
I receive a call which they did during a meeting. they guy said I'd receive an e-mail. which I never got.
it's been months now and haven't heard anything from them. An my cell broken from old age. which I think is fair to blame them for.
I'm already a cell c client and I know they can be quite lax but generally I don't have much to complain about. Now I'm looking at deals from other providers.
