Morning after i wrote to you last week monday i'm still unhappy with cell c. They contacted me and e-mail the amount i must pay to cancel the contract I've paid the amount and sent the proof of payment to Sipho at cell c. I've asked him i need a confirmation mail that they did receive payment but up to date i haven't heard a word from them. I need a confirmation mail that the contract has been cancelled and that there will be no deductions from them at the end of the month because i've paid the amount that they gave me.
