I haven't been able to log in or reset my password for a couple of months now. I have finally managed to successfully register a new account and set a password, but now the service cannot log me in due to an error of sorts:
"Apologies for the inconvenience, this service is currently off-line or under construction, please try again later."
Please Neotel, I am trying to migrate my neoconnect prime account to one of your lte broadband options, and prefer to do it myself on-line if possible.
