After 4 days of numerous phonecalls to the Neotel Call Centre, to reset my email password, i am still waiting for a resolution. What kind of Mickey Mouse operations are you guys running over there?!? Resetting of a password is a VERY simple task, why is it taking 4 days (and counting) to sort out??!
Unexceptable!! Pathetic client servicing!! Neotel is incapable of resolving the simplest of request!
PS: I see that HelloPeter.com has 663 complaints on Neotel... and no responses on these compliants from Neotel (no surprise there!)
