Firstly, i would like to commend MTN for a quick service, i renewed my contract with MTN on Thursday (05/09/13), and before the end of the day they had delivered the phone to RTT... My problem with MTN is that I am supposed to be 'their valued client", but they expect me to chase RTT around regarding my delivery... I expected them to liaise with RTT, to find out how far the delivery is, instead I am stuck with having to remind RTT to deliver MY phone... Please stop using RTT, it's useless. And as part of your customer service, i suggest you follow-up on deliveries...
