Transaction on SIM card

I have been trying to sort out an issue for more than 2 months now. My problem pertains to the large bills received for the last two months. I am currently in the United States and have been here for the last year. I chose to keep my account active for when I visit South Africa. The South African SIM card from MTN is out of my phone as I currently have an American number. Someone subscribed my number to a third party sports update site. I requested it to be cancelled (Oct 5) and, proof of subscription. The device used was a Nokia 6300. I am using a Blackberry Bold - issued with my last contract signing in Dec 2012 at an Autopage branch. This still seems to not be enough for them.

I have requested and sent all relevant info to prove that I am not liable for the charges and demand a refund. I reserve the right to take further legal action if nothing is done.
