My original msg to Vodacom: "On 30/08/2013 01:05 PM, I, wrote: I sent my iPhone in for repair and it came back after 5 weeks, not repaired. Bredasdorp Vodacom personnel sent the phone away and told me that it will repaired under the 2 year warranty, which is not the case with an iPhone. The personnel also said that they tried to contact me to give me a quote which never happened! The personnel did not even have the decency to apologize for wasting my time! I'm thinking of canceling my Vodacom services... worst service ever! How can I submit a formal complaint? " After supplying additional info regarding ID number, Address details, Bank name and account type, they stille requested info already supplies previously... it was clear to me that my complaint was regarded as important so I said that my contracts/services should be cancelled and this is the answer I got: We are sorry to hear of the decision you have taken. We can forward your request to our Cancellations division, the... contract however can only be cancelled in January when the term ends.
