I first moved to cell c after being with another company that just was not giving me the signal coverage I needed. The first time I got my iPhone 5 and new sim, I was told to wait 2-24 hours for my sim to be activated, I waited nearly 2 days but nothing changed. When I logged a complaint they said that my SIM card was faulty. I went to the Clearwater cell c where a young lady helped me do a sim swop but I needed consent and a copy of the account holders id, which was organized. After that my phone was brilliant for the first month, then it stopped working in certain areas, when I phoned In to see of there was a problem I was told it was my data setting. I proceed to change those but nothing improved. I moved recently to fourways but my cell c does NOT work at ALL in the area. Logged another complaint and I was told AGAIN my sim was faulty. I went into lakeside branch with consent and the original Id of the account holder but they refused point blank to change my SIM card. I find this so inconvenient that no one made a plan for me, even though I'm without a phone and I must once again pay for something that is not my fault. Most unimpressed!
