I activated BIS yesterday, My airtime and the 20MB, has somehow dissappeared, How is this possible? I phone the call centre and I was told that the airtime I bought at 9:24 am is not showing because the system has not updated. How long does it take for the system to update that I bought airtime, it takes a second to update when I don't have airtime moes.
