I got a new contract on wednesday. If got it only 2 days ago and the battery goes from full to empty in only 4hours. This phone was broken from the beginning. Now the say I must book my NEW phone in and for I don't know how long and then they'll let me know what wil happen next. I can't wait another week for another phone. The sell broken stuff and a wand a new phone asap! This is stuff I'm paying for. That's very bad service.
