I would like to just send a short appreciative message to commend Tremaine Felix on doing an amazing job at customer service.
I am a banqueting manager and in the hospitality field and understand the dynamics of customer service to the fullest.
Tremaine was excellent, from the point of taking out a new contract and explaining was needed to be explained, professional & very friendly and an absolute pleasure!
There was a problem with the phone and I returned the phone to the Vodacom store the next day.
I then called Tremaine, and explained what had happened and he politely told me that he would check what had happened and that he would investigate and get back to me which he did. He sorted the whole problem out and just really" took the time"
I am so thankful that there are still people in the service industry that pay attention to detail, and focus on customer service and keeping the customer happy.
I wish there were more words on saying what an excellent job Tremaine is doing and what an asset to any company he would be.
One day when I open a business he will definitely be on my "headhunting" list!
