I took a contract with these clowns in July. They have added all sorts of extra costs that I never asked for. I'm being charged for insurance that I never took, cancelled but they still haven't removed it. I want my money back and I wanna cancel this contract cause this is not what I signed u for.
They have the most incompetent call centre consultants who have no idea what they talking about. They have a system they call "soft lock" which barres everything that's outgoing once you've reached your limit but apparently on my phone I still get charged for data even though I have turned internet off and connected to my Wi-Fi at work. This is the service ever. How can I take a contract for R375 which gets locked once I've reached my limit yet every month I get charged - R1200? I'm fed up and I want a refund for this insurance cause I never took any insurance and I want all the recorded phonecalls I've made to your call centre.
