I have 2 topup contracts on my name. Every month i sit with the same issue that my credit limit has been exceeded. I have never once done an airtime advance or anything of this nature that will require credit. When I phone customer care, no one can explain why this is happening. The only response i get is repetition of the amount outstanding.
These are topup contracts so that i can avoid month end surprises but lately all i get are surprises.
