I have 2 Vodacom contracts which are currently locked due to credit limit. This is what happened: I recently upgraded 1 contract recently (open contract) and for some funny reason there is data being used without my knowledge. eg on the 17/08/2013 there was internet connection amounting to the value of R935 at 06:16am. I have locked service request (S3-TYX2F-FLQA5) with Vodacom to investigate who and what internet sites were visited. So far i haven't received any update, no correspondence and everytime i call for update I'm always transferred from one number to another and end up not getting any satifactory response.
