Please find the attached proof of purchase for the Nano Sim that I bought due to Buymondo failing to deliver a complete package as agreed on the call that was made to me so that I can upgrade.
As I have stated when I called in on Friday the 30 Aug 2013, that this was supposed to make life easy but it was not the case. This is a false advertising as I was promised a iPhone 5 and Nano Sim to be delivered and when I called to raise that I had no sim card on my package, one of the Consultant told me that "we are aware of this problem and I'm not the only customer"... this was shocking as I wasn't calling on behalf of those other customers. The words used was not comforting and my confidence on your Company dropped as Consultant kept on tell the same thing and kept on saying that they don't know when RAM is going to deliver my SIM.
Lastly I spoke to Priya who promised to call me back on Monday as your call Centre doesn't open on weekend and her Manager whom I forget his name promise that I will get a call back. Guess what Till today I have not yet received any call. I will definitely raise this with Vodacom on Hello Peter and the CPA. On Wednesday I got a delivery of a
