I recently upgraded on my existing MTN contract and since i received my handset i have been struggling to make sure that the device is insured. I have been trying to call mtnsp for the past 2 weeks but i just hold on forever. I have sent emails for someone to contact me however nothing is happening. I need to get this device insured but I cant get hold of anyone to help me.
