Reported business line problem 48 hours ago, only action SMS. Phoned enquiries now, informed by consultant she can only help with ADSL, will put me through to another consultant to assist with voice part. Other consultant informed me system shows major line fault, no indication when it will be repaired. My neighbour working from the same lines has no problem!!! Obvious Telkom does not know what's happening, general Telkom poor service!!!
