Dear MTN
My contract was due for an upgrade in July and it seems that no one from MTN can help with my request and I'm on the verge of moving to another network because of this.
I've been with MTN for almost 15 years and think I deserve better service than this.
All I want is to keep my existing contact and instead of a phone get a tablet and I don't want to move from a voice package to a data package.
Please assist
