Poor service to say the least... Alread a week ago I complained with customer service and on facebook about the wrong device delivered to me. The device adverstised om the website, HP Compaq CQ58 states an AMD Dual Core Processor, I then get delivered an Intel Celeron... I went for this option as the AMD Dual Core suits my needs, now I stuck with useless junk celeron. Vodacom is also quick to debit order my account to get their money, but feels nothing for delivering and advertising the wrong products. Up to now, no contact and when I phone I have to hold the call for 25 minutes so they can search for a solution just to be disconnected, and to start it all over again, not even a call back. Vodacom must have the worst customer service ever.
