I went to MTN SP in Centurion yesterday afternoon after having been to 4 other MTN branches in Johannesburg looking for a replacement phone after I lost mine.
The atmosphere was very welcoming at this branch the gentleman I first spoke to explaining to him what I was looking for, the budget I had been given by the insurance, he was willing to check for me the range of phones I qualified for. I waited for my turn in the queue and ended up being served by Cathy.
She did a phenomenal job, was very friendly and professional. She helped me weigh My choices very well and I'm happy with the gadget I left with.
