I called Nedbank Campus Square at 10H02 this morning for a cheque confirmation, and after being transferred four times and having to call back three times, i was eventually put through to Jackie. she promptly transferred me to Cathy without offering any assistance. Cathy also quickly transferred my call to Antoinette, without even informing me that she was about to transfer my call to someone else. Jackie and Cathy's astoundingly bad service is hard to forget as it leaves a distinctly bitter taste in one's mouth!
