Dropped calls without sorting out

I am having more or less 15 dropped calls per day and customer service cant sort this out. I am trying to run a business from my phone and cant carry on like this. Been with MTN for many years and never had this. Worst cell provider ever. Don't go there. you will be disappointed. They promise you the moon and now this.
