I simply have been requesting a reply for a reason why my account of R55000.00 for March! I travelled to Mauritius on the 16.3 till 30.3. After a few days I received an SMS stating my account was 30000.00. My PA contacted Jimmy Sekele at AP credit controllers. Requesting info on this amount. After waiting a few days for a reply Jimmy informed her it was data. She wrote back to him on the 23.3 requesting all data be shut down in order to stop this billing. I also closed all data downloading abilities on my phone. We requested details of what data was being downloaded. He told us he would check and come back to us. Guess what nothing.. Then I received a call from a gent from AP who told me my account was now 36k! He said HE will check and come back to me, guess what - nothing, not even the manners to phone back. My PA then contacted the "help desk" on 2.4 and was even given a reference number "243243" from Xolani and was told he would investigate and come back to her, guess what nothing.
I have tried twice today to speak to some person in a management position to assist me, pillar to post, guess what nothing.
Don't treat your customers like this, you have no right to.
