My mother had an account with Altech Autopage. The contract was cancelled in 2009. Up to the last invoice the monthly bill went off with a debit order. Now 4 years later she is harassed for almost R5000 that is outstanding. I have been trying to find out how they came to this amount since July 2013. It is now October. No one, not even the supervisor can tell me and they just keep on adding monthly charges and harassing us. They can not give me a formal statement or an account as they say that they do not have that information. Maybe Altech Autopage should get someone with some idea about what they are doing to collect debts that aren't even due to them. Really Pathetic.
