On 11/04/2011 my requested contract phone was delivered via courier. When I open it, 2 contracts was inside. I phoned them and told them I only ordered 1 contract. The incorrect contract phone was then picked up by ram with waybill NR RW09527444. Since then the money for BOTH contracts were taken from my bank account. I phoned & sent e-mails on many occasions to stop the second contract deduction. I even tried to stop the stop order. On 18/01/2013 I informed them that I do not wish upgrade & cancel both contracts. In 19/03/2013 a new phone was delivered via courier to my husband, WHO was waiting for a parcel from vodacom. He the open the packet & saw it is not his phone. The courier declined to take the phone back, because it is opened. I then phone 084145 & told them that the phone was not ordered & cannot be used because I do not even have a simcard. The call lasted for almost 29 min. They said they will sent a courier to fetch the phone. I asked them to please refund me on the money I have already paid for a phone and sim card that I do not have. Now they want to enter my name on Transunuin database-ref.1308034682, tel. 0105000077. I must pay R4, 480! Please help me.
