This message was e-mailed to [Email Removed] on 16 Jan 13 - and I have not had a response, so I am logging it here in the hope that someone at MTN responds.
"I have tried at least 10 times to get through to a consultant at your call centre (0831808) with no luck. It is definitely the most un-user-friendly call centre options I have ever came across, and when you select zero to speak to a call centre agent the call is just dropped. Please change my cell phone contract on 083 289 999 21 (which expired yesterday 15/01) to a prepaid number with immediate effect, and confirm that it has been done. If I don't get confirmation I will log a complaint on Hello Peter dot com."
