After 3 months of NON Service, I am sick and tired of your poor service and support.
I've logged a call and then a complaint within the first week of getting the new contract.
Your helpdesk does not work.
Then they send you an email, when you respond, you get ignored and your communications goes to the birds.
I still cannot get a reliable connection to the Internet. Every 3 to 5 minutes I have to disconnect and then reconnect.
When I use the sim card of another service provider, it works fantastic.
I will not pay for not getting a service.
Thanks for cancelling my contract due to your incompetence and unwillingness to resolve connection issues.
Why do WE have to beg YOU to provide poor service?
And then to top it all of you violate my constitutional right and refuse to help me in an Official South African language.
Why do you ask what my preferred language is and then do not have the right people to assist?
I only get "Eish, I don't speak that language! "
