I have a package that includes R49pm airtime with BIS, I ask to remove BIS and replace airtime value with more airtime.
after asking around she said that she can just remove BIS but notmal subscription will still be the same. nothing else will change. she will send my details to another dept to remove BIS, 'this will take 72 hours and I must wait in the line'?!?!?!?!?
I ask for Roxanne surname, and she dropps the call!
I have never experienced such bad service ever!!!
