Check your upgrade contract before signing

I went into this Branch twice to discuss packages. On the third visit we upgraded and activated the new contract.

What is funny to me is that three times I was told BIS services is included. After the contract was activated now I am told that is not included and the excuse is the option above this contract was the one including. Not my problem.

Now I am walking around blind with a blackberry which cannot b used to its fullest and the touch screen is not working half of the time when it should. Best of all is no one will take responsibility for the error.

I am furious that now I even have to pay more for two years!!! Nashua clearly does not understand nor practice customer service
