I phoned Dial Direct on 28/10/2013 @ 16:45pm, to submit a claim that my phone has been. The lady who helped me had the worst client service I have ever experienced. I have been paying my montlhy premium for almost two years now. She insinuated that I was irresponsible with leaving my phone in a locked car. I registered my cell phone with Dial Direct that if something like this happens i would be able to cover myself. I did not deserve the attitude I received from her and i really hope that she will go for training regarding client service. As long as she speaks to clients the way she spoke to me i will not place business with Dial direct again.
