Dissappointing experience

I have been experiencing a lot of trouble with my handset for months that I received on a Vodacom contract from Nashua mobile. I hesitated to give it in for repairs as I was told it takes about 30days to get back. With my phone being a very important part of my business I cannot be without it. I decided to take it to Vodaworld and while there the agent says its not on their system, I was shocked. I went back to Nashua only to find out that it is a cell C handset. Having no choice but to give it in a few months later I was told there are no loan units and the ones that they do have only receive and make calls that's it. I bit the bullet handed my fone in and used one of my old fones. I spoke with the customer service manager [caspa] and she said she will rush it . thank you she did I got my fone back and its worst than ever. This has been a very expensive lesson concerning my business, and my family [I didn't have all my contacts to inform them of the birth of my son ], that I have learnt from Nashua mobile . yesterday I called in and spoke to lebang and thabang both taken my details and no one has called back not even the manager [caspa]. my contract is due for upgrade???
