After checking my balance with *111# it indicated i have 53 free game show sms, which i tried sending as i was informed by your network i have 53. Ut after sending a few like 17 then my airtime was exhausted den i calle dyour call center to refund y airtime as i havw been in convinienced but nothng was done and i wS told to wait til the morning by sindisiwe funda who said she is the manager on duty.i have been inconvinienced and to wait till the morning is not acceptable and for any loss i will have due to this vodacom is going to pay and if one of my client wanted y assistance and i fail vodacom will stillpay coz now my practice is at stand still.
