Hi, I spent a lot of time at Vodacom 4U as I was upgrading 2 contracts and taking out another. Was attended to for almost 1.5 hours by Leo who remained patient, positive and helpful. He displayed a lot of patience while I chose phones and asked questions about tablets. The most heartwarming was his sincere display of knowledge about his work and enthusiasm for his job.
