No internet access for a week

Hi... I am sooo mad at 8ita, I have been without internet access for a week now. In August they could not debit my account then they did a double debit on the 23rd of July... but I still don't have internet access. At first they said the money is not reflecting on their account and I was instructed to take time off my busy schedule and go get a statement from the bank which I did last week. Taking up this contract was the worst decision, I should have listened to my friends when they warned me about 8ita.
