Extremely bad service!

In March this year Mr Sanders contacted me from Mtn and offered to upgrade my talk 500 contract to a talk 1200 and sold me an additional 2 Gb data line. And if I took up the offer Mtn would give me R2000 credit.

Problem 1: I asked Mr Sanders what the total monthly cost with everything included would be and he replied your total subscription cost would be R1200 p/m. This was not the case there was an additional promo service fee of R244.74 excl that was added to my billing. After numerous phone calls to Mtn I could not get a straight answer as to why this is so. I contacted Mr Sanders on his cell nr 29 Aug 2013 and asked him why am I still being overcharged the voice recordings confirm that we agreed on R1200p/m. Mr Sanders replied saying that the total subscription cost is R1200 and that it did not include the promo service fee. So I said to him you basically mislead me with a bit of clever wording his reply was yes Sir.

Problem 2: not enough characters left to elaborate. In short I still have not received my R2000 credit after numerous calls to Mtn Sanders on 29 Aug & Fazlyn Hendrix call ref:103516663 Nokaphula Sipebe 2 Sep ref: 103638428. I sent Sanders waring of complaint.
