I am a client with MTN for about 14 years and really I have been having so much trouble with wrong billings, contracts and damaged phone but still I stayed loyal. I got a Z10 contract in March 2013 and started complaining end of March about the billing and the phone that restarts al the time. Lucinda logged a call but no response. Since that the call about the phone was logged 4 times by different staff and the phone was send in and came back and is again. In this six months I paid for a phone, that is my business phone, but had no use off it. I am really unhappy with the Z10 and would like MTN to please help me get another contract with them for all the trouble I have been having with this contract and now I paid for BIS and 250mb for 6 months but have no internet while my Z10 is sent to head office. I beg of MTN to just cansel my contract and let me choose a new phone and new contracnt still with MTN. PLEASE help me!! I don't have anything of my contract at the moment not even a phone.
