After my previous complaint, my faith in Vodacom was restored. However, that was short lived.
Usually, I receive sms's informing me that I'm about to reach the limit of my loaded data bundles. For some reason this did not happen last month. This resulted in my using data out of bundle and my current usage is at almost R3000. I'm not disputing the fact that i used that amount of Data - what I'm about is the fact that i was never informed about my usage like all the other months.
Why is this Vodacom?
