On the 10th May i wrote a letter on Hellopeter, i got a response from Mtn on 14th May saying my data will be reimbursed to me. I have now called them twice (on 15th May & 19th May), and my data has still not reflected on my phone. I have not recieved a phonecall (as requested) or an sms (as requested) to notify me that the data has been recieved. This has now made me angry and earlier threatened the last callcentre operator that i will cancel my contract (which is easy- im out of contract) or WILL reverse the debit order going off my bank account. Whoever is in complaints department, WAKE UP. You are loosing customers because you wont help anyone!! My bill goes through my bank account on the 1st of every month.. YOU HAVE UNTIL THE 31st MAY TO FIX THIS OR I WILL BE CANCELLING THIS ACCOUNT AND MY 3 BUSINESS LINES. What is the 60 day business rule that allows MTN to my data after those 60 days? I would like to see my signature on the customer agreement where it states MTN will be allowed to the data! CALL ME.
