My wife and i bought the 2 1 data bundle on the 23rd February via credit card, and we never recieved the data. logged the call and sent our bank statement and got a response on the 27th February via sms to say that the matter would be sorted out within 72 working hours. it is now the 19th March and we still havent recieved our data, but got fed a story that they had sent the data through on the 14th and that the internet had been used, which was highly unlikely as we havent been able to access any page but the 8ta page when trying to go into our internet, lame excuse for a lame company. how long can it possibly take to sort out a problem whereby the money is already sitting in your account, hold on folks, looks like 8ta might just set a world record here. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC.
