DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION

FIRSTLY I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD ACCEPTED THE FULL PACKAGE WITH REGARD TO MY CONTRACT WHICH WAS ISSUED IN SUUNYSIDE PRETORIA HOWEVER UPON VISITING THE CENTURION BRANCH I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE THE CAR CHARGER WHICH WAS APART OF THE FULL PACKAGE. I PROCEEDED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND PAYED THE CANCELLATION FEES BUT AFTERWARDS I WAS STILL DEBITED, AFTER THIS EXTRA DEBIT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, NO BENEFITS WAS GIVEN TO ME EITHER. i WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE BY NASHUA MOBILE NOT JUST FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE, BUT ALSO FOR TAKING MY MONEY AFTER THE INITIAL CANCELLATION AND NOT GIVING ME THE BENEFITS OR SERVICE THAT I DESERVE.
