After the massive disappointment in terms of bad service, incompetence and bad attitude from Cell C when I wanted to migrate my account to them, they have now deducted money from my account for a subscription that was not activated and was explicitly canceled. When contacting the call centre last night (01/09/2013), I was treated like a criminal and the lady even raised her voice to me telling me I am in the wrong. Unacceptable.
It is beyond me that any company has such chaotic administration and is nonchalant about taking ones money wrongfully. The call center consultant should be fired for incompetence as this was a clear cut case of negligence.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!
