I lodged a complaint on 12 july and i was phoned the next day and promised that someone is looking at my case. Since then i have not heard a single word back from them. I thought the reception was pathtic but it seems Sipho's service is even worse. I am going to be staying in this area for a while and i do web part time and they are causing me to lose money. I find it pathetic that cell c cant sort out something like this and i clearly am not the only one having this problem.
